The decision regarding the solitary confinement of Imran Khan Sahib and Bushra Bibi Sahibah has been upheld. According to the judicial decision, Imran Khan will be provided with facilities to communicate with his children through audio, video, and WhatsApp calls; however, if these calls are used for political purposes or any other purpose, this facility may be suspended.

Jail Authorities have been directed to allow meetings with Iman Kha’s his family and his wife in accordance with prison rules and family meeting regulations. He will be permitted one hour of daily walk, during which arrangements for regular human interaction will be made, and a record of the individuals he meets or interacts with will also be maintained. The court has ordered the provision of all permissible study materials, including history books, to Imran Khan, although prohibited books will not be included.

The same facilities have been ordered to be provided to Bushra Imran Khan, and she will also be granted the facility to meet her family in accordance with the law. The court has clarified that all individuals in prison must be provided with the rights and facilities entitled to them under the Constitution, the law, and prison rules. Regarding the implementation of the court order, prison authorities have been directed to submit a compliance report within 15 days. The most important aspect of the decision is that if prison authorities deprive Imran Khan of any facility or relief to which he is entitled under the law, Constitution, or court order, they will have to provide the reasons for such deprivation in writing.
