A petition challenging the alleged solitary confinement of former Prime Minister Imran Khan and his wife Bushra Bibi is scheduled to be heard at the Islamabad High Court.

According to the court cause list, the hearing will be conducted by Justice Khadim Hussain Soomro in Court Room No. 4 at 9:00 AM on June 30, 2026.

The petition, filed against the conditions of confinement, has been fixed for its first regular hearing after preliminary objections were addressed.
