Al-Qadir Trust Case Appeal and Contempt Petition Fixed for Hearing on June 29

The appeal against conviction filed by former Prime Minister Imran Khan and his wife Bushra Bibi in the Al-Qadir Trust case has been scheduled for hearing before the Islamabad High Court on Monday, June 29, 2026, at 11:30 a.m.

According to the cause list, the matter will be heard by a two-member bench comprising Justice Sarfraz Dogar and Justice Muhammad Asif in Court Room No. 1, Third Floor of the Islamabad High Court.

In addition to the appeal against conviction, a contempt petition filed by Imran Khan and Bushra Bibi regarding the alleged non-signing of power of attorney documents has also been fixed for hearing before the same bench.

The proceedings are expected to address both the appeal challenging the conviction in the Al-Qadir Trust case and the legal issues raised concerning access to and execution of legal documentation required for appellate proceedings.

The hearing is scheduled to commence at 11:30 a.m. on June 29, 2026.
