The Islamabad High Court is scheduled to hear important petitions related to former Prime Minister Imran Khan over the next two days.
March 10, 2026 – Toshakhana Case (Judge Humayun Dilawar verdict dated August 5, 2023)
The court will hear a miscellaneous application seeking permission for Imran Khan to undergo a medical check-up at Shifa International Hospital, Islamabad, in the presence of his personal physicians.
The matter will be heard by a bench comprising Justice Arbab Muhammad Tahir and Justice Khadim Hussain Soomro at 11:30 AM in Courtroom No. 5 at the Islamabad High Court.
March 11, 2026 – Al-Qadir Trust Case
The Islamabad High Court will also hear a petition seeking suspension of sentence and bail in the Al-Qadir Trust case.
The case will be heard by a bench consisting of Justice Sarfraz Dogar and Justice Muhammad Asif at 11:30 AM in Courtroom No. 1, Third Floor, Islamabad High Court.
