Maryam Riaz Wattoo, sister of Bushra Imran Khan, has expressed serious concern over the health of former Prime Minister Imran Khan following a family meeting with Bushra Bibi. In a statement shared publicly, she said that Bushra Imran Khan reiterated her grave worries about Imran Khan’s medical condition.

According to the statement, Imran Khan’s damaged eye has shown no more than 10 percent improvement even after receiving an injection, raising fears about potential long-term harm. Maryam Riaz Wattoo stressed that it is absolutely urgent for Imran Khan to be granted immediate access to his personal medical doctors.

She appealed to PTI leadership to urgently approach the courts, human rights organizations, and international media to highlight the issue, emphasizing that Imran Khan requires proper and immediate medical care. The statement has intensified concerns among supporters and renewed calls for authorities to ensure adequate medical treatment for the incarcerated former prime minister.
